LEAD TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Foxyfans is seeking a Lead Technical Director to lead our technical team, drive technological innovation, and ensure the highest quality of technical deliverables. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients from around the globe to define, develop, and implement advanced technical solutions. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of projects, optimizing workflows, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team. Responsibilities

Lead Technical Strategy: Define and implement the technical strategy and roadmap for the agency, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.

Oversee Technical Projects: Manage the technical aspects of projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of developers, engineers, and technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Technical Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure technical architectures.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the highest quality of technical deliverables.

Innovation and Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Optimize Workflows: Develop and optimize workflows and processes to maximize efficiency and productivity within the technical team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including design, product, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.

Technical Documentation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, ensuring it is comprehensive and up-to-date.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
The must-have shortlist

7+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably within an agency or similar environment

Strong technical expertise in a variety of programming languages and technologies

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams

Pay Range
While this role can be filled in a variety of global regions, as an organization headquartered in Paris, France we are required to include the pay range for this role if it were to be filled in BC. This range may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's region and market conditions, when outside of BC.
Expected Pay Range: 120,000€ - 180,000€
